Shipping Areas
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping may be offered on selected products and will be shown at checkout when available.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and another when it ships.
Delivery Time
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch within the contiguous US
- Expedited options: when offered at checkout, usually 1–3 business days after dispatch
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and incorrect addresses can extend delivery.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected method. Free shipping promotions, when active, will be applied automatically.
Tracking
When available, tracking numbers are emailed after dispatch. Track packages on the carrier’s website.
Failed Delivery
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or unclaimed status, we may charge a re-shipping fee or refund the product cost minus outbound shipping.
